KVKK CLARIFICATION TEXT

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed within the scope described below.

1. WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?

• Identity Information: Name, Surname (during membership).

• Contact Information: E-mail address, Phone number.

• Transaction Information: Data sets entered into "Labs" tools (e.g., calculated lawsuit value, square footage of the house to be renovated, etc.).

• Digital Footprints: IP address, Log records.

2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING Your data is processed for the purpose of carrying out membership procedures, sending "Labs" calculation results to you via e-mail/SMS, and complying with legal regulations. Your data is not sold to third parties.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA Your data may only be shared with official authorities (Prosecutor's Office, Court, etc.) in case of legal obligation. Otherwise, it will not be transferred to 3rd parties for commercial purposes.

4. YOUR RIGHTS Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK; you have the right to request the deletion, correction or destruction of your data. You can send your requests to info@bilcod.com.
